Andy has a passion for financial planning and helping clients to reach their financial goals. With 30 years in the financial services industry, he has been able to build upon his varied experiences as a CPA, senior trust administrator, and wealth management advisor to help guide his clients' investment decisions with a broader perspective. Andy and his team joined D.A. Davidson in 2023.

He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from East Carolina University, as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary^® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor^®. A North Carolina native, Andy has been married to Amanda since 1995, and they have three children. His hobbies include fishing, hiking, gardening, and hunting. He is a member of Coastal Community Baptist Church and enjoys Christian Apologetics.

Mike joined Vestal Financial Group in January 2024. Prior to joining the team, he spent over 40 years in private and public accounting, most recently as a partner in a North Carolina-based CPA firm. While in public accounting, his primary service concentrations were tax, forensic accounting, business valuation and litigation support services. In addition to being a non-practicing CPA, Mike maintains several designations related to business valuation and forensic accounting. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

A North Carolina native, Mike has been married to Amy since 2007, and they have four adult children in their extended family. As a USCG licensed captain, avid boater and recently certified diver, his hobbies are centered around most anything involving saltwater.
